Estimates & Quotations
Estimates/quotations do not include any expenses or outside purchases which are not specifically listed.
All estimates and quotations are valid for a period of 30 days after issuance unless otherwise stated.
Artwork
Artwork costs are based on receiving a good quality copy. If artwork not supplied as required, a $99.00 per hour charge is applicable.
Alterations & Charges
Client shall be responsible for making additional payments where alterations and changes to the original assignment are requested.
Final proof reading and authorisation to proceed to negative preparation or the assignments next stage remains the responsibility of the client.
Colour Proofing & Matching
PC Madness is not liable for colour matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by the customers. Screen proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not colour or density.
PC Madness will try it's best to match the gradient density of each colour and image, PC Madness is not liable for the final appearance of a colour or image.
Application of UV/Laminate Coating may effect or change the appearance of the printed colours and images. PC Madness is not liable for the final appearance of a UV/Laminated product/s.
Print
Due to the printing process, from time to time there may be a variation in the colour and image density from one job to the next. PC Madness is not liable for the final appearance, but will use all endeavours to match the previous job.
Order Fulfilment
2% overrun or underrun considered fulfilment on all orders.
Term of Payment
Our terms of payment are strictly 40% deposit and the remainder COD unless otherwise stated and agreed to by all parties.
All accounts over 45 days will attract a 15% penalty.
Invoices may include, and the client shall be obligated to pay, fees or expenses that were orally authorised in order to progress promptly with the project.
Where work is spread over an extended period, client undertakes to pay for all work in progress at the end of each calendar month.
Freight
All prices are quoted Excluding Shipping.
Copyright
It is agreed that the Client will have the exclusive right to retain and reproduce any artwork, manuals, information, material reports and other output which is produced from the performance of the work outlined in this submission. It is agreed that PC Madness hereby assign to the Client upon written confirmation of this submission, all rights title and interest in the future copyright of any artwork, manuals, information, material reports and other output which is produced, extended or modified during the performance of the work outlined.
This granting of copyright and intellectual property rights does not extend to the use of design proposals/concepts submitted but not approved by the Client or non payment of an account, accounts that are in dispute and accounts that have any interest due.
Ownership
The ownership of goods delivered remains with PC Madness until such time as these goods and any other outstanding money owing to PC Madness have been received.
