Deployment

All sites require initial Deployment (Setup), which is charged by our normal callout rate ($110 an hour).
Remote desktop software will be deployed on two separate computers. This ensures that remote administration is still available in the event of one system having connection issues.

Our Guarantee

We guarantee remote login, inspection and client call back within 2 hours of the initial support call being logged. If remote login is not possible for technical reasons, this guarantee does not apply.

Our ‘Premium Callout’ guarantees callout within 24 hours of the initial support call being logged.

If we fail to abide by these guarantees on any single job, the client is entitled to receive 2 FREE hours of remote support, redeemable at any time.

Terms and Conditions of Use

Data Privacy Agreement
PC Madness Solution Source will not access the client’s computer or data unless requested to by the client or without the client’s prior knowledge. All client data is treated with strictest confidentiality and will under no circumstances be forwarded to any third party without the client’s consent.

Contract Cancellation Fee
Where applicable, early cancellation of the contract will attract a cancellation fee equal to one month’s subsciption.

Job Logging
When the client calls to log a new job, the standard fee (according to the client’s plan) will be applied immediately. Should the client log another job within the same hour of the initial call, NO additional logging fee will be charged, even in the case that the subsequent call is unrelated to the issue logged in the first call.
